Michael Boaden is an RICS Registered Valuer and undertakes valuations of residential property for many purposes, including:

Property Management:

We have a number of residential properties under management, providing that buffer between our client landlord and the occupying tenant, dealing with all issues of rent collection, repairs, statutory compliance and re-letting when the properties become vacant. Via our sister company; BSCM, we are also active in the field of residential service charge block management and currently are responsible for the management of various developments ranging from 5 units up to 74 units.
